2. Payments

Payments can be made via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.), Razorpay, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery (if available).

Service charges are communicated at the time of booking and must be paid as per the selected payment method.

We do not store sensitive payment details; all transactions are processed via secure gateways.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances (technician unavailability, natural causes, etc.).
4. Warranty & Liability

Repairs and spare parts come with limited warranty as informed during service.

We are not liable for misuse, neglect, or damage caused after service completion.
