1. Service Cancellations

  • If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours before service time, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial deduction to cover scheduling costs.


2. Spare Parts & Products

  • Only unused and unopened spare parts/products are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.

  • Used, damaged, or tampered parts are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, Razorpay, Bank, etc.).


4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services already completed successfully.

  • Spare parts damaged due to customer handling.

  • Delays caused by customer unavailability.
