2. Spare Parts & Products

Only unused and unopened spare parts/products are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.

Used, damaged, or tampered parts are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval.
3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, Razorpay, Bank, etc.).
